As part of the German Content Production Department, your main responsibilities include :
* Coordinating projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Collaborating closely with clients in German-speaking markets and internal multinational teams.
* Ensuring quality control of German content across various styles, terminologies, and formats.
* Creating editorial briefs and glossaries.
* Maintaining content style, tone, and brand consistency per client specifications.
* Managing budgets, negotiating deadlines, and ensuring project profitability.
* Recruiting and training copywriters, translators, post-editors, and proofreaders.
Desired Profile
* Secondary and higher education in Germany or Austria.
* Mandatory languages : German (native speaker level required), English, and French.
* Background in linguistic project management, journalism, or translation.
* Strong writing and editing skills.
* Appreciation for a dynamic, multicultural work environment.
* Solid work ethic, team player, committed to completing challenging projects.
* Interpersonal skills, adaptability, multitasking ability.
* Proficiency in Office tools, interest in new technologies, tech-savvy.
* Experience with Trados Studio is a plus.
