In interface with Local VSM and Plant teams, manage quality performance reporting for OD WB, identify gaps and propose improvement plansb. Implement Feedback Loops and improvement plans towards Airlines Customer Satisfaction objectivesacross Local VSMc. Lead or Participate to Quality prevention Projects, fostering best practises disseminationd.
