Job Overview
As a Car Return Agent you will be the face of our return process, welcoming customers and ensuring vehicles are returned to the fleet in pristine condition.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers with professionalism during vehicle returns.
* Check a high volume of vehicles back into the rental fleet daily.
* Identify and assess any new damage, documenting findings for evaluation.
* Contribute to the Quality Control process to keep fleet damage records accurate.
* Provide excellent customer service to ensure a smooth return experience.
* Support other branch areas to run operations efficiently.
* Perform additional duties as requested by management.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to assess vehicle condition.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
* Team player with a proactive attitude to assist wherever needed.
