Roles & Responsibilities:
* Achieve Sales Targets: Cover a designated region, focusing on meeting and exceeding monthly sales and order goals.
* Drive Brand Growth: Deliver exceptional sales and service, representing the company professionally to enhance brand value.
* Client Optimization & Strategy: Maximize each client's system potential by providing strategic guidance on marketing, business development, and operational efficiency.
* Trusted Business Advisor: Serve as a resource for system-related inquiries, offering business insights to build trust, drive sales, and generate referrals.
* CRM & KPI Compliance: Document activities accurately in the CRM and meet KPIs for sales and support within the territory.
* New Business Generation: Develop a pipeline of sales leads through cold calling, scheduling appointments, and proactive field canvassing.
* Industry Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of premium takeout and restaurant businesses in the region.
* Consultative Selling Approach: Use value-added and consultative techniques to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and support long-term success.
Experience Required:
* Field Sales experience
* Proven ability to meet sales targets
* A driving license and car, with the ability to work full-time
