We are seeking an HR and Recruitment professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality HR and Recruitment administrative support combined with excellent customer care.
- Provide high quality HR and Recruitment administrative support combined with excellent customer care
- Maintain personal data and the digital HR files
- Administration of payroll, monthly bonuses and company benefits, linking with the external partners
- Search and collect training offers regarding the general Development Plan of the company
- Manage Insurances and Mutua regarding the employees
- Update all KPI’s of the Company
- Support the Head of HR in recruitment processes
- Take care of Temporary Workers contracts and recruitments
- Take responsibility for the relationship with the external party responsible for H&S;
- Take care of all the administrative tasks regarding H&S;
- Coordinate the H&S; Committee of the Company
- Represent the Company in the H&S; matters coming from the Group

Requirements
- Experience: 5 years’ experience (Desirable)
- Personal attributes:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to respond effectively and confidentially to sensitive issues
- Ability to remain calm in complex situations and when under pressure
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team relaying messages and information in a timely fashion
- Other criteria:
- Proficient in the use of MS Office
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Able to work accurately with good attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to new policies and procedures
- Good English level
