Job Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive professional to join our Finance team as a Billing & Order to Cash Specialist. This role is essential to ensure accurate and timely billing processes, effective collections, and strong. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to maintain compliance, improve cash flow, and optimize DSO performance.


Responsibilities

* Prepare invoices accurately and on time, in line with agreements.
* Reconcile billing data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
* Maintain billing records for audit and compliance purposes.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure billing accuracy.
* Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
* Identify and implement process improvement opportunities within billing.
* Manage Order to Cash activities, including Collections, Billing, and Back‑office tasks.
* Drive risk control initiatives and contribute to cash flow and DSO improvement.
* Interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.


Skillset and Experience Required

* Experienceb>: 2+ years in billing, collections, or Order to Cash processes.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel; knowledge of financial controls and compliance.
* Analytical: Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder and client interaction.
* Problem‑Solving: Ability to identify process gaps and propose improvements.
* Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
* Personal Traits: Organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast‑paced environments.
