The EMEA Channel Development Specialist will be responsible for executing the Tennant demand generation and market awareness campaign and tactics, and will develop a deep understanding of our Go-To-Market channels tactics and metrics that drive the leads and customer conversion. The EMEA Channel Development Specialist will report to the EMEA Channel Development Manager.
Key responsibilities & elements of the role include:
* Support the translation of EMEA channel marketing strategies and initiatives into actions, including digital performance marketing and impactful content creation.
* Execute integrated lead generation campaigns while crafting compelling content that speaks to our audience's challenges and needs.
* Coordinate and execute events and trade fairs end‑to‑end, including vendor and agency liaison, pre‑, during‑, and post‑event planning, and the development of integrated campaigns to promote event participation and impact.
* Monitor campaign performance to identify opportunities to improve processes and execution, scale best practices, address gaps, and implement contingency plans where needed.
* Use provided data and CRM insights, combined with BM’s input, to create relevant messaging, campaign themes, and content recommendations.
* Prepare marketing briefs to develop high-impact marketing materials such as email campaigns, webinar content, product sheets, web pages, videos, battle cards, pitch decks, etc.
* Contribute to the design and implementation of improved processes aimed at enhancing efficiency and consistency in demand generation activities.
* Develop campaign performance reports and executive summaries to share results with the team, highlighting key outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvement
What we’re looking for:
* 3 to 5+ years of experience in marketing (field, regional, or channel marketing)
* Fluent in English, and ideally another European language
* Experience in B2B/industrial or channel-based environments is a plus
* Solid experience in digital marketing, including planning and executing lead‑generation campaigns
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across different markets
* Strong analytical mindset to track performance, optimize campaigns, and report results
* Proven experience organizing events and working with partners
* Solid understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and emerging technologies, including AI‑driven tools.
