Position Overview
Weareseekinganexperiencedandtechnicallyskilled GlobalInformationSecurity&CybersecurityManager toleadandoverseethesecuritypostureofourmultinationalorganization.ThisroleisresponsibleformanagingtheInformationSecurityManagementSystem(ISMS),drivingISO27001certificationandotherrelevantsecuritystandards,andleadingbothinternalandexternalsecurityinitiatives.
Theidealcandidatewillhaveastrongtechnicalbackgroundincybersecurityandnetworking,provenexperienceinsecurityaudits,andtheabilitytomanageexternalsecuritypartnerseffectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Leadtheglobalinformationsecuritystrategyandoperations.
* MaintainandcontinuouslyimprovetheISMSacrossallbusinessunits.
* DriveandsupportISO27001certificationandotherrelevantsecuritystandards.
* Manageandcoordinateexternalsecurityserviceprovidersandconsultants.
* Provideleadershipandsupportduringinternalandexternalsecurityaudits.
* Identify,assess,andmitigatesecurityrisksacrosstheorganization.
* CollaboratewithIT,legal,compliance,andbusinessteamstoensurealignmentwithsecuritypoliciesandprocedures.
* Monitoremergingthreatsandimplementproactivesecuritymeasures.
* Developanddeliversecurityawarenessprogramsandtraining.
* ReporttotheGlobalDataandTechnologydirectoronsecurityposture,incidents,andimprovements.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum5–7yearsininformationsecurityandcybersecurityroles.
* TechnicalSkills: Strongknowledgeofcybersecurityprinciples,networksecurity,andsecuritytechnologies.
* AuditExperience: Provenexperienceinleadingandsupportingsecurityaudits.
* Certifications (preferred): CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO27001LeadImplementer / Auditor, or equivalent.
* Education: Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerScience,InformationSecurity,orrelatedfield.
* Languages: SpanishandEnglish; additionallanguagesareaplus.
* SoftSkills: Communication, andprojectmanagementskills.
