Overview
As an experienced Paid Social/SEM Manager, you will be responsible for managing the strategic and tactical implementation of social media plans. You will advise clients and advertising agencies on social media strategies and support the agency media team daily.
Your role includes running campaigns across networks like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and third-party tracking systems. You should have a clear vision of social media and the ability to evaluate campaigns and extract learnings for future client recommendations.
You need to proactively generate new ideas and stay updated on social media developments. Collaborating with clients to align social media strategies with their goals is essential. You will investigate target audience behaviors and preferences to inform social media recommendations, aiming to improve client results across networks.
Responsibilities
1. Plan, coordinate, monitor, control, and manage social media projects and campaigns across all funnel stages.
2. Work closely with clients, creation, strategy, media agencies, and external vendors.
3. Monitor campaign performance continuously and derive insights for optimization.
4. Support internal social media teams in paid advertising efforts.
5. Lead and support your team in campaign creation and planning.
6. Create and evaluate post-campaign analyses and report to clients.
7. Utilize analytics and social media tools effectively.

Qualifications
8. Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Media Science, or similar, or 3-4 years of relevant experience.
9. Strong communication skills, dynamic, flexible, proactive.
10. Experience in marketing or media agency environments.
11. Deep understanding of social media channels and their communication features.
