The Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the Client Advisors in their day-to-day activity by performing the following main tasks:Client Service Excellence: The incumbent will aim to bring professional, high-level customer service and put the customers at the core of what she/he does when managing clients' requests.Formalities, Client Documentation & Risk Management:- Assistant must keep any open items in relation with account administration and client documentation, and any other pending formalities at minimum level.- Assistant must support proactively and help when possible Client Advisors on any open Low, Medium or High-Risk Clients Review, AML alerts to be commented and potential Client complaints.Commercial activity: support the Client Advisors in their day to day activity with- Client meeting preparation (including booklet binding)- Monthly client reporting- Client Phone calls- Ad-hoc requests from clientsAdministrative tasks: be responsible for the following clients administrative related tasks:- Account opening and closing- Pricing exception forms filling in- Statement issuing and sending to clients- Product & Losses (P&L;) impact error input for Risk review- Clients quarterly fee review- Client Adviser's expenses report- Upon request, provide support on specific administrative tasks such as audit, project management and or complianceAssist AV General Director:- Management support- Board of Directors input preparation- Management meeting action item follow-up- Team meeting preparationTeam account opening prioritization list consolidation: Assistant will be responsible to liaise with all Client Advisors and consolidate key information of each potential business case for appropriate prioritization by AV General ManagerBusiness Risk Management & Compliance: Assistant must fully comply with the group's internal guidelines, policies & regulations in order to maintain a safe and risk-free environment for her/him and for her/his team and avoid any incidents.Education and Qualifications- Commercial or High School degree, bank apprenticeship or similarExperience, Skills and Competencies Required- Experience in similar role, within the financial industry of 5 years. Experience with Spanish clients within an international environment- Knowledge and interest in financial markets and asset allocation- Understanding and first professional experiences across major investment asset classes- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is a must.- Proactive attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and reliability- Proficient in MS Office- Team player, reliability and accuracy- Flexibility, “can-do” attitude, seeking continuous service improvement, high quality standards**Benefits**:- Rothschild & Co is committed to safeguarding and enhancing the health and wellbeing of all its employees.
