Flint International is looking for Resident Security Engineer to work onsite in Madrid.About the RoleThe tasks to be performed by Resident Security Engineer are:- Support for managing configuration and software changes- Request change approvals- Preparation of changes with different stakeholders- Execution of the change including previous and subsequent checks- Problem Management Support- Technical support for incidents- Problem solving- Troubleshooting- Webex meeting attendance with TAC/Business Units- Preparing and running tests for new features, configurations, software versions, etc.- Support for automation activities- Support in equipment renovations, installation, decommission, etc.Qualifications- At least 3 years performing first-level operator/support tasks in corporate SOCs- Knowledge of Cisco security products and solutions- English B2- Spanish - fluent- Technical knowledge in Cisco DUO, ESA, Firepower, Multicloud Defense, CSW and WSA solutions- Incident management systems- Basic understanding of the OSI model- Basic knowledge of operating systems- Problem management and resolution- Systems administration- A bachelor's degree in Systems or Telecommunications
