Position Summary
Coordinate with production and offline demo asset version releases.

Perform analysis activities to define the specifications for the effective construction of information systems, likely to meet user requirements.
Work with Product Management, Product Business Readiness, Technical teams, and key stakeholders to upgrade and evaluate the demo environment as new functionality is introduced.
Collaborate with Service, Implementation, Country Solution Managers, Sales Operations, and Product Marketing to design and implement demo scenarios aligned with the product's value proposition.
Integrate demo environments and tools as required to showcase ADP products.
Document procedures and job aids to assist Sales Consultants in using demonstrations effectively.
Develop, maintain, and validate a consistent and effective data set across primary demos.
Review technical requirements from Product Management to determine the implementation of sales tools.
Perform first-line quality assurance for demos by confirming performance according to scripts and use cases; ensure functionality is thoroughly tested and delivered on time.
Prepare documentation such as installation and execution instructions, scripts, and status reports.
Review monthly release and technical documentation to analyze and implement configuration activities for country-specific demo updates.
Provide sustainable data models and solutions within the scope of the ADP product to meet customer requirements.
Work with global implementation and product development teams to identify and report defects.
Manage stakeholder feedback to determine if adjustments or new features are needed. Develop and deploy demo scripts that incorporate marketing messages, emphasize ADP's value, and highlight key competitive advantages.
Communicate issues identified by sales to development, maintain an issue log, and validate fixes.
Provide tier support for demo environments as needed for escalations.
Maintain internal site with new communications, documents, and relevant videos.
All documentation and communications are in English; fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent discipline required.
* 4+ years of experience in Implementation/Service.
Requirements
* Graduates/Postgraduates in Engineering or Computer Applications are an advantage.
* Multilingual capability (English C1) + any other European language.
* Proven experience supporting international customers.
* Experience delivering small to mid-size projects.
* Experience with SAP Payroll System is a plus.
* Proficiency in Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
* Ability to work in challenging environments with energetic professionals.
* Deep knowledge of product features, limitations, and benefits.
* General payroll knowledge in countries like CA, US, MX, UK, FR, DE, NL, CN, AU is desirable.
* Excellent logical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Fluent in English (written and oral).
* Ability to understand client requirements and recommend solutions within technical constraints.
* Strong organizational skills in product implementation and administration.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude.
* Quick learner with adaptability and openness to development.
* Customer-focused with a goal to build lasting relationships.
