The EA's focus is to:

* Agenda and calendar management: Schedule, coordinate and organize meetings, trips and events, ensuring optimal use of executives' time.
* Meeting preparation: Create and distribute agendas, take notes, and follow up on agreements and tasks resulting from executive meetings.
* Communication support: Write and review emails, presentations and internal documents, and maintain constant and fluid communication with the different teams.
* Travel coordination: Organize travel itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and any other related logistical aspects.
* Special Project Management: Assist in the planning, monitoring, and execution of strategic projects or special events.
* Data analysis and management: Prepare reports, research information, and provide relevant data to support decision-making.
* Handling of confidential information: Ensure the discretion and privacy of all company information and CEO's.
Minimum requirements
* Experience: At least 3-5 years of previous experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably in a highly demanding environment.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related fields (desirable, not exclusive).
* Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools and digital calendars.
* Languages: Advanced level of English (oral and written); Other languages are a plus.
