WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
✍️4–6 years of experience in software engineering or platform administration.Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming (Java, C#, Go, or C++).Experience with Collibra platform (functional and technical aspects).Proficiency in workflow design and dashboard/report customization within Collibra.Scripting skills (Groovy, Python, Java, or similar).Understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and integration protocols.Experience integrating Collibra with tools like Informatica, Talend, AWS Glue, or Azure Data Factory.Knowledge of platform troubleshooting, log analysis, and incident resolution (Kanban board).Familiarity with ITIL practices for incident management and service transition.Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, data lineage, and stewardship.Experience with cloud infrastructure, cloud-native solutions (Kubernetes, microservices), DevOps, and automated testing.Excellent collaboration, adaptability, ownership, proactiveness, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to work in an Agile, multidisciplinary team environment as a versatile “M-shaped” professional.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?Analyze and document the functional and technical AS IS of the Collibra platform (data assets, catalogs, workflows, user profiles, connected applications, incident types).Manage the transfer of platform administration services from the previous provider.Design and implement change management strategies (training plans, expert corners, user support).Develop new features:
workflows, dashboards, connectors, and catalogs.Resolve platform incidents and ensure high product quality through coding standards, testing, and refactoring.Collaborate in cross-functional teams, supporting multiple areas and integrating work across teams.Participate fully in Agile ceremonies:
Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to clarify requirements and maximize product value.Engage in continuous learning and improvement, both technically and in process/product value generation.Support and practice continuous integration and automated build, test, and deployment.Mentor and support team members, promoting knowledge sharing and collective ownership.Foster successful team dynamics through effective human interaction and team-building activities.
