PbNovaMetro /b is expanding! We are looking for experienced Account Managers with a proven track record of success in the telecom sector to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with partners and carriers on both buying and selling services. We are growing our team and have open positions in both Voice and Messaging business units. /ppbr/pp bAbout Us /b /ppWe are a group of companies specialising in telecom software development and operating as a niche international telecom provider. We deliver Voice and Messaging transit services to B2B clients around the world: including carriers, aggregators, and enterprise partners. /ppbr/ppb Key Responsibilities /b /pulliManaging relationships with existing partners, identifying their needs and selling SMS or Voice routes /liliCoordinating SMS or Voice traffic exchange with partners and internal teams /liliBuilding and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships, enhancing loyalty to the company /liliOverseeing the entire sales process: from routing and pricing to monitoring SMS or Voice route quality /liliAttending international conferences to foster and grow partnerships /liliImplementing partner development strategies based on current market data /liliSharing information with colleagues to achieve the company's business goals /liliPreparing performance reports on partner relationships /liliKeeping CRM records for assigned partners up to date /liliCollaborating with other departments to address legal, financial, and technical partner issues /liliSupporting new accounts in cooperation with BDM (Business Development Department team) /liliParticipating in additional company projects /li /ulpbr/pp✅ bWhat We’re Looking For /b /pulliProven experience working with major telecom operators or players in the SMS/Voice domain /liliIn-depth knowledge of the telecom services market, especially SMS/Voice /liliExpertise with various sales techniques /liliStrong PC and office software skills /liliTeamwork skills and flexibility in approach /liliExcellent communication and negotiation abilities /liliStrong time management and self-organisation skills /liliProficiency in English /liliKnowledge of other foreign languages will be a plus /li /ulpbr/ppb What We Offer /b /pulliRemote work format: we have globally distributed team /liliA personal mentor to guide you through onboarding /liliA team of professional and supportive colleagues: on average team members stay with us 6+ years /liliOpportunities for training and professional growth: we attend industry conferences and continuously improve our knowledge /liliRegular team-building offsite events (twice a year or more) /liliPerks: company-sponsored language courses, access to mental health support, holiday gifts, and more /li /ulpbr/ppbPlease include a cover letter, explaining why you believe you’re a good fit for the role and what aspects of the position caught your interest. /b /p
