We are looking for a
CRM & Automation Analyst
with strong expertise in
Braze
and a strategic mindset to design, execute, and optimize large-scale automated communication programs.
What you’ll do Design, build, and optimize
automated journeys and multichannel campaigns
(email, push, in-app, SMS, in-browser, etc.) using
Braze. Analyze
behavioral, engagement, and conversion data
to generate actionable insights and identify opportunities for improvement. Define and manage
advanced audience segmentation and personalization logic
(attributes, events, Liquid tags, Connected Content). Collaborate closely with strategy, data, creative, and tech teams to
develop and execute integrated CRM campaigns & strategies. Implement
A/B testing and preferred-channel tests
to optimize performance and user experience. Produce
performance reports and insights
to guide decision-making and demonstrate impact. Ensure adherence to
marketing automation best practices, deliverability standards, and compliance (consent, privacy, opt-ins).
What will help you succeed Strong analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset. Ability to translate data into effective personalization strategies. Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (technical, creative, and strategic). Constant curiosity about
emerging CRM, automation, and customer experience trends .
Requirements 2–5 years of experience
in
CRM, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing
roles. Proven hands-on experience with Braze
(Canvas setup, segmentation, Liquid, Connected Content, metrics). Strong understanding of
database segmentation, personalization, and reporting. Intermediate knowledge of
HTML and email template editing. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in
Excel or Google Sheets, and familiarity with
reporting tools
(Looker, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.). Intermediate to advanced English level (B2 or higher).
Nice to have Experience with other CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Selligent, Klaviyo, etc.). Basic understanding of SQL or Customer Data Platforms (CDP). Experience working on
global or multi-market projects .
