ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is part of the Procurement department and focuses on coordinating purchasing activities, supplier management, and ensuring smooth operations within the supply chain.
You will ensure compliance with company policies, maintain accurate procurement data, and support collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders. The position plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency, inventory availability, and continuous improvement within procurement processes.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and QHSE standards
* Organize daily work in line with health & safety regulations and internal procedures
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in ERP and internal systems
* Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability
* Verify the accuracy and completeness of supplier documentation (invoices, delivery notes)
* Coordinate and follow up on deliveries from international suppliers
* Communicate daily with suppliers across Asia and Europe via email and teleconferences
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other NRF European entities
* Generate procurement reports and monitor KPIs
* Evaluate supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure proper document management and storage according to internal procedures
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
* Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role
* Strong organizational and coordination skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
* Good communication skills in an international environment
* Ability to work with ERP systems and digital tools
* Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
