**Role Overview**: 
As the **Regional Sales & Marketing Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in Bargello’s expansion in Spain. Your mission will be to identify and establish new retail locations, lead the sales department, and create impactful marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. **Key Responsibilities**: 
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and open new retail locations across Spain. 
- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. 
- Design and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. 
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors to support operational excellence. 
**What We Are Looking For**: 
- **Experience**: Proven background in marketing and/or sales. 
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in Spanish is essential. Proficiency in English or Moroccan Arabic is highly desirable. 
- **Leadership**: A natural leader with excellent communication and team management skills. 
- **Entrepreneurial Spirit**: A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for growing a brand. 
- **Location**: Resides in or near the Malaga of Marbella area.
