At Bruxelles, we are looking for a VIE Legal Counsel to join our team!
How you’ll Make an Impact
Contract Management:
* Actively participate in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients and suppliers from Germany and Switzerland.
* Manage the full contract lifecycle.
* Provide legal support to commercial teams on diverse topics such as contract law, corporate law, public law, and civil law.
* Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting our business, prepare briefs, and lead internal presentations to ensure proper implementation.
Compliance:
* Provide internal compliance services and support management and business teams in adhering to laws and internal policies.
Litigation Management:
* Play an active role in managing legal disputes, both internally and in coordination with external counsel.
What You Bring
* You hold a Master’s degree in law from a recognized university or business school.
* You are fluent in German.
* You have a genuine interest in business and understand commercial challenges.
