Luxury Addiction & Mental Health Recovery (International)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to lead and execute organic growth strategies for Oasis Premium Recovery and Sea Recovery Centre — two premium, confidential recovery brands operating in Spain and targeting international HNWI/UHNWI clients.
This role focuses on high-value, intent-driven medical SEO, not volume traffic. The goal is to increase qualified enquiries, brand authority, and top-page visibility for competitive rehab and mental health keywords across English-speaking and international markets.
Key Objectives
- Increase organic visibility for high-intent rehab, addiction, and mental health keywords
- Improve ranking positions for luxury, private, and location-based search terms
- Drive qualified leads, not generic traffic
- Build long-term domain authority and trust in a regulated healthcare niche
Core Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy for both brands
- Identify high-value keywords (transactional, long-tail, location-based)
- Prioritize keywords by commercial intent, competition, and ROI
- Build keyword clusters for:
- Addiction treatment (alcohol, drugs, behavioural)
- Mental health & burnout
- Luxury / private rehab
- Spain, Marbella, Costa del Sol, Europe, international searches
2. On-Page SEO Optimization
- Optimize:
- Page titles, meta descriptions
- Headings (H1–H3)
- Internal linking structure
- Content hierarchy and topical relevance
- Ensure each service page targets one primary keyword cluster
- Improve conversion-oriented SEO (content that ranks and converts)
- To edit content ensuring SEO + medical accuracy + relevance, collaborate with content writers if necessary
3. Content SEO & Editorial Direction
- Create SEO briefs for:
- Service pages
- Condition-specific landing pages
- Blog / educational content
- FAQs and evergreen resources
- Identify content gaps vs competitors
- Optimize existing content for:
- Search intent alignment
- Featured snippets
- E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authority, Trust)
4. Technical SEO
- Perform regular technical audits:
- Crawlability & indexation
- Site speed & Core Web Vitals
- Duplicate content
- Canonicals, redirects, broken links
- Work with developers / CMS (WordPress) to implement fixes
- Ensure SEO-safe handling of:
- Location pages
- Legal disclaimers
- Medical compliance requirements
5. Off-Page SEO & Authority Building
- Develop and execute a white-hat link-building strategy
- Secure backlinks from:
- Health & wellness publications
- Rehab and medical directories
- High-authority lifestyle magazines and luxury platforms
- Support PR-driven SEO initiatives
- Monitor backlink profile health and remove toxic links if needed
6. Local & International SEO
- Optimize for local SEO where appropriate (Spain, Costa del Sol, Marbella)
- Support Google Business Profile optimization (where compliant)
- Implement international SEO best practices:
- Market-specific keyword targeting
- Search intent differences (UK / US / EU)
- Improve visibility for "near me" and location-based queries where possible
7. Analytics, Reporting & KPIs
- Track and report on:
- Keyword rankings
- Organic traffic quality
- Conversions and enquiries from organic search
- Use tools such as:
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics
- Ahrefs / SEMrush / similar
- Provide xqbhyrx clear, business-focused reports, not vanity metrics
- Translate SEO performance into lead quality and revenue impact
Required Experience & Skills
Must-Have
- Proven SEO experience in healthcare, rehab, wellness, or YMYL niches
- Strong understanding of medical SEO & compliance sensitivity
- Experience ranking competitive, high-value keywords
- Excellent knowledge of:
- On-page SEO
- Technical SEO
- Content SEO
- Link building
- Experience with WordPress and Shopify-based websites, ability to change content and improve usability/readability
- Analytical mindset with business focus
Nice-to-Have (Strong Advantage)
- Experience with luxury brands or HNWI services
- International SEO experience (UK / US / EU markets)
- Understanding of rehab, addiction, or mental health terminology
