The Role: 
- HP has ambitious growth objectives with Online Retailers across EMEA Region: this role will involve the execution and delivery of elements within the business plan defined with a major e-Commerce Partner. It will need interlock with the categories’ community, countries and the business Partner to deliver multi-year success 
- Be able to influence and partner with complex matrixed organization to secure progress and a unified approach where possible on Planning, Portfolio and Pricing 
- Achieves assigned Sales quota 
- Establishes relationship with Partner at various organization levels 
- Educates and updates Partner on new HP technologies and solutions 
- Demonstrate innovative, end to end thinking and implementation to stay ahead of the competition 
- Understand CX key pain points and customer E2E shopping experience 
- Work with Partner to develop and implement actions to improve online CX 
- Improve existing processes and propose new ones, in a complex environment predominantly in the digital function 
- Content process coordination with local teams : sharing best practices, identifying and addressing gaps, monitoring usage of content process/tools 
- Supporting Content process related queries and aligning with involved Local and Global teams 
- Eagerness to learn and be a change agent 
- Ensures compliance with Legal and SBC practices. 
Education and Experience: 
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
- Minimum 4 years of selling experience at end user account or partner level 
- Very strong analytical and commercial acumen is essential 
- Creative, inspiring and progressive 
- Excellent interpersonal skills. 
Knowledge and Skills: 
- Understanding of the IT industry, vendors landscape, and the channel, including competitive positioning 
- Understanding of HP’s organization & operations, including key business rules, partner segmentation, key programs & initiatives, structure 
- Understanding of a select set of HP's products, services and solutions. Able to communicate the strengths of HP's offerings, and overcome objections 
- Effectively sells HP offerings by building strategic relationships with Partner contacts and promoting HP programs and offerings 
- Develops account plans with partner to grow HP's share of the business Partners effectively with others to ensure coordinated, efficient account management 
- Very strong analytical and commercial acumen is essential 
- Extreme attention to detail 
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
