- +5 years of experience as Business Analyst, Demand Manager, or Product Owner in IT environments
- Strong experience in application support, incident management, and change management
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence
- Ability to manage structured workflows, backlog prioritization, and documentation
- Experience working in complex, matrix, international organizations
- Solid understanding of software lifecycle and IT operations
- Experience handling L1/L2 incidents or support processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- English B2+/C1 (mandatory)🌟 Nice to have
- Experience with marketing IT platforms or DAM/MRM systems
- Knowledge of OneMRM, Symphony, or similar enterprise marketing tools
- German C1 (nice to have)
- Experience with tools such as Marmind / Flow UI or similar
- Exposure to automotive or large enterprise ecosystems
