We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Delivery Manager to join our IT Service Management engineering team. In your role you will be key role into shaping the our ServiceNow Platform projects and our business as usual (BAU) streams and local development team.

YOUR PROFILE
6. Analytical skills: have strong analytical skills to evaluate complex problems and develop effective solutions
7. Customer service: have a customer-centric mindset and be committed to providing excellent customer service
8. Skills in persuading and influencing others to achieve desired outcomes and align with team and organizational goals
9. Negotiation: Ability to negotiate effectively to reach mutually beneficial solutions and agreement
10. Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness and respect for diverse backgrounds and perspectives, promoting an inclusive workplace
11. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
12. Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow) and IT infrastructure
13. Experience of at least 3 years as Scrum Master or in an equivalent role
14. Experience of at least 5 years as Software Engineer (ServiceNow Engineer is a strong plus)
15. Fluent written and spoken English
