Management and processing of repair quotations, to allow optimal cost control and possible savings in the repair quotations received, which requires both technical knowledge and negotiation skills.- Management of incidents of users of our policies, acting as an intermediary between D&G; and the repair agents, improving service levels.- Management of manufacturers (Electrolux, Haier, Baxi, Whirlpool and BSH), as main repair agents.- Direct contact with repair agents and central offices for monitoring and helping to analyse doubts regarding repair quotations, repairs and policy management.- Reviewing, evaluating and validating with manufacturers the proposed models for product replacements.- Assist in the supervision of accounts payable and accounts receivable for the completion of cancellation procedures for the plans of our main manufacturers - clients.- Collaboration in the maintenance and/or creation of the total network of repair agents for Spain.- Maintain the repair agents NETWORK updated (Contacts, managed manufacturers, etc.)- Autonomy to search for and contact new repair agents and manage collaboration with them.- Reassign repair orders based on manufacturer and geographic area.- Monthly audits of the repair agents on rejected and accepted quotations.- At Domestic & General, we are proud of our 100-year legacy and excited about our future growth plans.
