CAREER OPENING: SALES MANAGER (ENGLISH-SPEAKING) – MOJO SHARING Mojo Estates, part of the House of Mojo, is among the fastest-growing and most ambitious real estate agencies on the Costa del Sol. We are rapidly expanding our innovative business lines and are currently searching for two new English-speaking Sales Managers to strengthen and grow our modern property-sharing concept: Mojo Sharing .
Mojo Sharing allows eight families or companies to share a luxury holiday home on the Costa del Sol, meaning we sell shares of fantastic properties for one-eighth of the price. This concept is a legitimate investment opportunity, not outdated timeshare, as owners can also rent out their share hassle-free.
1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (What the job entails) As a Mojo Sharing Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle of our unique property shares:
Attract and attend to potential clients.
Communicate with leads and conduct viewings of Mojo Sharing properties.
Go through contracts and brochures with clients.
Help explain the purchase process from A-Z to leads.
Improve our concept on an ongoing basis.
2. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS (What it takes to succeed) To join the Mojo family and succeed, you must be:
Dynamic, proactive, positive, and committed.
Able to stay calm in stressful situations.
Goal-oriented and capable of working independently.
Good at time management and keeping appointments.
Possess a natural flair for people and good communication skills.
Willing to go the extra mile for our clients and to close the sale.
Must have a driver's license.
Experience with sales and basic IT skills are required.
Speaking other languages is a plus.
