leading multinational industrial company, currently undergoing a digital transformation, to hire a
Data Integration Engineer
for its
IT & Digital Marketing
team in Barcelona.
We are looking for a technical profile with a strong
data
and
business orientation, able to act as a bridge between
IT, marketing,
and
customer data, within an
international
and
agile environment .
What will be your mission? You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining
customer
and
marketing data integrations, ensuring a
unified, reliable,
and
scalable view
of the
customer journey .
Key responsibilities Design and maintain
integration pipelines
and
ETL processes
between CRM and digital marketing platforms (CMS, DAM, Marketing Automation, CDP, Web Analytics). Ensure
data quality, consistency, security,
and
traceability. Translate business and marketing requirements into
technical solutions
and
data models. Collaborate within
agile teams (SCRUM)
in an international environment. Document integrations and provide
second-level support
when required.
What we are looking for Must-have Experience as a
Data Integration Engineer / Data Engineer
(ideally in digital marketing environments). Solid knowledge of
CRM / Customer Master data
and
ETL processes. Experience integrating
martech platforms. Agile mindset and strong communication skills. Fluent English. Nice-to-have Experience with SAP / ABAP. Programming languages such as Java, C#, TypeScript. Monitoring tools (Grafana, LogicMonitor). Integration platforms (APIGee, Mulesoft). Previous experience in multinational environments. Interest in Agile facilitation
