Reports To: Direct Sales Manager, EMEA Region
Location: Spain (Home-based with frequent travel across the region)
Position Overview
The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing strategic IVF clinic chain & KOL relationships within Spain for the company’s IVF laboratory product portfolio, including time-lapse incubators, culture media and associated consumables. This role plays a key part in developing long-term partnerships with fertility centers, clinics, and distributors to achieve revenue targets and strengthen the company’s market position in reproductive medicine.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales & Revenue Growth
o Achieve annual sales targets and profitability goals for assigned territory.
o Develop and implement strategic account plans for key IVF centers and distributor partners.
o Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the Spanish fertility sector.
o Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to KOLs, embryologists, and clinic management teams.
* Account Management
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clinical stakeholders.
o Monitor customer satisfaction, ensure post-sales support, and coordinate with product application and service teams when required.
o Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and tenders in alignment with company policies.
o Maintain accurate ERP records, sales forecasts, and activity reports.
* Collaboration & Reporting
o Work closely with the EMEA Direct Sales Manager to ensure consistent market strategy and execution.
o Collaborate with the Marketing, Product Application teams to deliver effective product positioning and customer engagement initiatives.
o Provide market insights, competitor updates, and feedback from customers to inform product and commercial strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of sales experience
