* Develop robust new in vivo humanized models in dermatological disease using best available technologies and equipment.* Contribute to discovery and development projects for small molecules and antibody therapeutics by conducting in vivo efficacy, PK/PD studies utilizing syngeneic mouse and humanized models* Maintain cell lines using standard cell culture techniques in support of in vivo studies.* Use standard immunology techniques (MACS, FACS, ELISA) to support in vivo and ex vivo analysis of cells from animal tissues or human skin samples.* Assay execution, maintaining the quality of assays, data analysis and publication.* Active engagement across drug discovery activities and on project teams.* Work in a highly cross-functional environment to align biologics and small molecules strategy from early project initiation.* Write and or review technical and study reports* Present scientific results at team and staff meetings* Strong technical and computational abilities.* Ability to work in a matrixed, collaborative environment with shared resources and effectively communicate within and across teams.* Ability to work independently and prioritize work assignments.* Ph.D. and/or MSc. in relevant scientific area and minimally 4 years of hands-on in vivo
pharmacology experience
in academic or industry environment. Immuno-dermatology or dermato-oncology experience is a plus.* EU license
for designing procedures and projects on laboratory animal science or equivalent is a must.* Proficiency in mouse handling and dosing (intradermal, intralesional, topical intraperitoneal, subcutaneous, intravenous, and oral gavage)* Demonstrated ability to independently conduct dermatology mouse studies is a plus.* Experience in developing and conducting syngeneic, xenograft, and humanized mouse models* Excellent aseptic cell culture technique for handling human and murine primary cells and cancer cell lines* Strong attention to detail.* Excellent record-keeping abilities.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.* Demonstrated proficiency in the use of software tools to support data analysis (e. g., Prism, FlowJo, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)* Ability to critically interpret and effectively present data* Adaptability to shifting priorities and changing work assignments#J-18808-Ljbffr
