Where will you work?
Our client is an international company leader in the insurance sector that helps everyday people to be safer and protected.
What will you do?
As part of the Belgian Telesales/Customer Service department, your main tasks will include:
* Answering inbound calls in French and offering insurance products to consumers.
* Registering appliances for consumers who have purchased a new appliance.
* Capturing all details, confirming registrations, explaining legal warranties and offers, and informing about consumer and additional insurances.
Who are we looking for?
* Native French & Dutch speakers; other European languages are a plus.
* At least 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service.
* Strong sales skills, ability to handle objections, and a commercial profile.
* Excellent customer service skills, target-oriented, adaptable to product changes, and good communication skills for providing feedback.

* Salary of €22,783 gross per year plus monthly bonus based on results, and €204 in meal vouchers per month.
