Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Insurance Offer
The mission & impact
we equip our Sales team with tools to craft these offers, price them, and contractualize them in one go. We also power our self-serve subscription flow.
Over time, we manage our contract lifecycles, making sure they are always up-to-date in terms of legal requirements and responsible consumption best practices, and at equilibrium in terms of loss ratio.
Alan's claim engine, billing system and many other part of our stack relies on the offers we build to deliver a pristine experience to our members.
What you'll build and who you'll work with
Next-Gen Healthcare Framework : 4 countries (and more to come), multiple products (Insurance but also several other healthcare products) but one system. Come build the contract & service stack that will power Alan's growth for the next 10 years.
AI-powered Acquisition Engine : Sales teams are autonomous & assisted by AI to customize coverage, compute pricing, and generate contracts in real-time. No need for actuaries, no more waiting days for quotes.
Automated Renewal System : Automatically reviews and adjusts coverage for our entire portfolio annually, accounting for legal changes, consumption trends, and economic shifts.

Python/Flask, React, PostgreSQL in a monorepo. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership – you build it, you own it.

3+ years building scalable backend systems

You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
