Business Development & Project Manager – CDMO to support the company’s commercial growth and execution capabilities in custom manufacturing.\nThis person will report directly to the
\n
Chief Growth Officer and will play a key role in three areas:\nPreparation and follow-up of quotations for new CDMO opportunities\nProject management of selected opportunities and customer projects\nBusiness development, including bringing relevant new industry contacts and helping open doors with potential customers\nThis is a hybrid role combining technical-commercial business development ,

cross-functional coordination, and project management .
\n
Key responsibilities\nSupport the identification, qualification and development of new
\n
CDMO business opportunities Coordinate the preparation of quotations and proposals for new projects, working closely with R&D;, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance Ensure proper internal follow-up of each opportunity: NDA, technical assessment, feasibility, costing, quotation, customer feedback and next steps
\n
Act as project manager for selected customer opportunities/projects, ensuring alignment across internal functions and timely follow-up of actions Serve as a key interface between the customer and internal teams during early project phases Help structure and maintain a robust commercial pipeline, with clear visibility on status, priorities, risks and timing
\n
Contribute new relevant industry contacts, relationships and leads, especially in sectors aligned with Menadiona’s CDMO capabilities Support customer meetings, trade fairs and business development initiatives Help improve internal discipline and speed in opportunity management and conversion

Profile required\nUniversity degree in
\n
Chemistry or
\n
Chemical Engineering\nAround
\n
5–10 years of relevant experience in
\n
CDMO, APIs, fine chemicals, pharma ingredients or specialty chemicals\nExperience in a role combining some of the following:
\n
business development, technical sales, project management, customer-facing technical support, quotation management\nStrong ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into clear internal actions\nGood understanding of industrial chemistry/manufacturing environments\nExperience managing multiple opportunities/projects simultaneously\nInternational mindset and experience dealing with industrial customers\nFluent
\n
English is essential; Spanish is highly desirable\nExisting industry network/contacts would be a strong plus
\n
Personal skills\nStrong coordination and follow-up capability\nStructured and execution-oriented\nCommercially proactive, but also technically credible\nAble to work cross-functionally and push actions internally\nHands-on, pragmatic and comfortable in an industrial environment\nGood communication skills with both customers and internal teams

Main objective of the role\nTo strengthen Menadiona’s CDMO commercial effort by adding a resource that can improve quotation quality and speed, manage selected projects effectively, and contribute to generating new business opportunities and customer relationships .
