In this role you will shape Cimpress Technology category strategy by conducting market research and aligning procurement with growth objectives. You’ll manage supplier relationships, drive cost reduction and sustainability, and collaborate with tech, operations, and finance to support business goals. You’ll identify risks and ethical sourcing needs, while advancing sustainable procurement and product innovation. This position offers visibility across international teams and impact on Cimpress’ rapid growth and CSR goals.Compensaciones / Ventajas• Conduct market research and internal analysis to define procurement strategies for the Technology category and drive cost reduction, spend control, demand management, and innovation.• Manage supplier relationships including selection, contract negotiations/renewals, and performance management to ensure quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability.• Collaborate with technology, operations, and finance teams to align procurement with business goals and act as a communication bridge between the company and suppliers.• Identify and mitigate supply chain, regulatory, and ethical sourcing risks; develop contingency plans and ensure compliance with laws and CSR standards.• Develop and implement sustainable procurement practices for indirect goods/services, promoting environmentally friendly and ethically sourced options.• Identify opportunities for new products or improvements leveraging market insights and supplier capabilities; collaborate with product teams to drive revenue growth and differentiation.• Support procurement projects in other indirect categories as opportunities arise. xcskxlj Responsabilidades• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a Technical field• Minimum five years in Technology category management within mature, international environments• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of costing and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite• Fluency in English (written and spoken)• Fundamental knowledge of legal documentation and contract interpretation; know when to engage legal support• Willingness to travel globally ~20–25%Requisitos principales•Hay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto.
