Everything you are looking for and moreThe Senior Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the organization's day-to-day financial operations, managing the accounting function, and maintaining accountability for the company's books and records. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data while supporting the Head of Finance in effective organizational financial management. The position requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting and analysis.What responsibilities and objectives will you have?Accounting Operations:
Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition. Develop and supervise the internalization of accounting activities.Financial Management & Reporting:
Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, and support budgeting and forecasting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to provide leadership with a clear view of financial health.Strategic Financial Planning:
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with local regulations and group policies.Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure that financial operations comply with statutory regulations and internal policies while maintaining tax compliance in all streams.Treasury:
Oversee cash flow, debt, and collections to maintain financial stability along with payments processing.Audit & Internal Controls:
Act as the primary contact for external auditors and manage the audit process. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.Team Leadership:
Provide leadership and mentorship to finance team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
