**Basic qualifications**:
- BA or BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or any similar discipline with a clear analytical bias,
- You’ve gained significant, relevant experience in similar business analyst positions
- You have experience with Tableau, AWS QuickSight, Power BI, or other data visualizations software.
- You have experience with Excel, Access, SQL, Python, R or other scripting languages
- You’re comfortable performing ad hoc financial analysis using data reporting tools

As a Business Analyst in the BRS Finance team, you will work directly with different teams like Real State, Construction, Worldwide Design, Supply Chain, Transportation, etc. to drive the more exhaustive inputs required to help site selection, process design and facilities requirements, keeping data quality and scalability in mind while doing so.
**Business Analyst responsibilities**:
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving, aggregating and analyzing data from multiple sources and compiling it into automated dashboards and tools.
- Identify areas of improvement on the existing process, looking for automation and scalability to support core team analysis.
- Participate in strategic discussions with senior leadership members on the weekly meetings.
- Partner with the different teams involved to create key performance indicators and new methodologies for measurement
- Use your creativity to drive any kind of improvement on Amazon existing processes.
- As an analyst, you’re a quick thinker: able to manage competing priorities while providing level-headed guidance, even during unexpected events.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Demonstrable problem-solving ability, alongside previous analyst experience, particularly in root cause analysis,
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, you possess a strong business sense,
- You combine your professional competency with an ability to develop new ideas, and creative solutions: you also have a track record of implementing these to great effect,
- Organized multitasker: you prioritize your workload, enabling you to meet tight deadlines, while achieving results, especially in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
