What matters to us is making an impact and building together, while enjoying the ride. /ppbr/ppbYour Mission /b /ppbr/ppWe’re now looking for our first Marketing Specialist - a communicator who loves turning complex ideas into stories that people remember. You’ll build Qalea’s brand from the ground up: making cybersecurity feel human, simple, and valuable; generating qualified leads; and connecting with the community at events and conferences. /ppbr/ppIn short: you’ll build a marketing engine that educates, engages, and converts - making Qalea the go-to cybersecurity platform for companies. /ppbr/ppbA day in your life as a Marketing Specialist, here at Qalea /b /ppbr/pp- Design and run inbound and demand generation campaigns that attract and convert the right leads. /pp- Build and own Qalea’s content strategy across the full buyer journey - from first awareness to decision. /pp- Write and share content that speaks directly to our ICP: from blog posts and LinkedIn updates to landing pages, case studies, newsletters, social media, and sales decks. /pp- Work closely with the CEO to shape and grow their personal brand on LinkedIn. /pp- Turn complex topics like cybersecurity, compliance, and risk into stories worth reading - making people realize why these challenges matter to them and how Qalea can help. /pp- Own and implement our SEO strategy, ensuring Qalea’s content is visible and relevant, not only on search engines but also in the age of LLMs. /pp- Join industry events, conferences, and meetups to put Qalea on the map while connecting with people, and learning from the market. /pp- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success team to keep our message consistent and support both customer acquisition and retention. /pp- Track and optimize key metrics across the funnel (traffic, MQLs, conversion rates, CAC...). /pp- Test, learn from mistakes, and iterate fast to discover what really works with new formats, channels, and narratives. /ppbr/ppbYou’ll rock if you have /b /ppbr/ppbMust-haves: /b /pp- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing (agency or in-house), ideally in SaaS or tech. /pp- Proven ability to build and run content-led growth strategies that generate leads. /pp- You probably spend more time on LinkedIn than you’d like to admit - and you know what works and what doesn’t. /pp- Curiosity to learn (or already some knowledge of) about the world of cybersecurity, compliance, or data protection. /pp- A proactive, creative mindset - you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and make things happen. /pp- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English. /ppbr/ppbNice-to-haves: /b /pp- Experience working closely with Sales or Customer Success teams. /pp- You’ve created content or helped build a brand on LinkedIn - we’d actually love to see the results /p
