We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to support our golf instructors and enhance the experience of our academy members and guests.- Assist golf instructors in conducting lessons and clinics for individuals and groups- Provide excellent customer service to academy members and guests- Maintain golf equipment and ensure the practice areas are well-organized and clean- Schedule lessons and manage bookings for the golf academy- Assist in setting up and operating golf training technology and aids- Participate in golf events and tournaments organized by the academy- Perform basic administrative tasks related to the golf academy operations- Promote the golf academy's services and programs to potential clients**Qualifications**:- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude- Effective communication skills in both English and Spanish- Ability to work well in a team environment- Basic administrative and computer skills- Prior experience in golf instruction or as a golf assistant is preferred- Experience in customer service or hospitality industry is a plus- Golf-related certifications are desirable- First aid certification may be required- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as neededAdditional Information- Attractive incentive plan.- Important discounts on Hotel services.- Discounts in Accor group hotels and collaborating companies.
