Workster is partnering with a fast-growing global technology and services leader to hire an Accounting Specialist in Barcelona. What You'll Do
Record and classify transactions in the general ledger (income, expenses, assets, liabilities)
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and closing reports
Reconcile bank, customer, and supplier accounts
Manage invoicing, collections, and payments while ensuring VAT and tax compliance
Support audits and prepare internal financial reports and forecasts
Monitor inventories and fixed assets, posting entries and adjustments
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
What We're Looking For
Proficient Spanish and advanced English (B2+)
2–3 years of accounting experience
Strong ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency; ERP/accounting software experience is a plus
