**What will your day to day be like?**
- Collaborate and manage the processes of 'Values Based Recruitment' (writing profiles, curricular screening, phone and face-to-face interviews, writing reports, values assessments, etc.)
- Be the contact point for our clients
- Develop and create new contacts and clients
- Be part and generate ideas to innovate and continue growing
- Help us to develop our business model, contacting people to change the paradigm of people management
- Learn all you can and teach us all you want

- Experience in full-cycle recruiting
