Our customers include some of the most respected brands in the food industry, relying on our expertise and commitment to safety.As the responsible coordinator, your main task is to ensure site compliance with all standards and policies, including legislation and customer requirements, related to food quality and safety. You must maintain a constant state of readiness for audits. Additionally, you will manage the company's Quality Management System, including HACCP, and provide technical support to other departments through education, guidance, and problem-solving. Fostering a positive food safety culture and acting as the primary technical contact for clients, suppliers, and third-party relationships are key responsibilities. You will lead internal and external food safety audits.You will also contribute to improving EHS processes and oversee environmental, health, and safety issues at the site to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.Main Responsibilities :
Implement quality systems to meet legal, customer, and certification requirements.Form and oversee the HACCP team, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.Ensure certification and quality audits are conducted and lead quality improvement initiatives.Develop strong partnerships with customers and staff to reduce quality complaints, investigating and addressing root causes.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in QESH systems and site performance.Maintain all external accreditations, certifications, permits, and licenses.Coordinate quality and safety activities across departments and with external agencies.Represent the site in interactions with QESH authorities.Monitor and contribute to the site's EHS budget process.Train staff in relevant quality and safety areas.Collect and analyze complaint data and lab results, manage customer responses, and prepare reports for HACCP compliance.Supervise pest control and micro-trend reports, validate processes, and review customer specifications.Conduct internal audits and safety inspections, manage traceability, and control documentation.Lead incident investigations and report findings.Degree in Food Sciences or related field, with proven experience in a high-turnover food or FMCG environment.Experience as a safety and quality specialist, with expertise in food safety certification audits.Native Spanish speaker with basic English proficiency.Ability to deliver presentations confidently and work independently.Strong relationship-building, motivational, and leadership skills.Decision-making, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.Please submit CVs in English;
