As we expand our Nordic operations in sunny Spain, we're seeking a Payroll Application Specialist to join our innovative team. This role is ideal for adaptable professionals who embrace change and see opportunities where others might see challenges.
What do you have to offer?
* Fluent in Norwegian/Swedish and English: Excellent written and spoken language skills in both are essential.
* Payroll Knowledge: Previous experience with Norwegian payroll routines and regulations. Knowledge of the Norwegian public sector is an advantage.
* Tech-Savvy: A keen interest in digitization and automation, with enjoyment in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
* Service-Oriented: Thrive as an advisor and bring an educational approach to customer interactions.
* Experience: Ideally, 2-5 years in a similar position or operational IT work. Experience with ServiceNow, MySP, or similar support tools is a plus.
* Flexible and Adaptive: Open-minded individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
Which tasks can you expect?
* Deliver first-line customer support and advice.
* Monitor, prioritize, and resolve reported cases from start to finish.
* Troubleshoot and collaborate with other SD Worx departments as needed.
* Maintain ongoing communication with customers, focusing on excellent customer service.
* Contribute to documentation of FAQs and support knowledge sharing.
* Explore consulting assignments and other tasks aligned with your interests and experience.
