Key Responsibilities

Teaching Area
\n
- Teach English across different educational stages.
- Apply active methodologies that encourage participation, communication, and autonomous learning.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to optimize performance.
- Promote the use of digital and interactive resources in the teaching-learning process.
Innovation & Educational Development\n
- Participate in interdisciplinary projects and language-related activities within the School.
- Contribute to the development and updating of curricular materials and programs.
- Collaborate with the teaching team on pedagogical innovation initiatives.
- Foster language learning through projects, cultural activities, workshops, and extracurricular programs.
Leadership & School Community\n
- Promote the institution's core values of respect, cooperation, and excellence.
- Actively collaborate with families and colleagues in guiding and supporting students.
- Represent the department at internal and external academic or training events.
Candidate Profile\n
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Philology, Education, or a related field.
- Accredited C2 level or native speaker of English (mandatory).
- Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience, preferably in international or bilingual environments.
- Proficiency in digital tools applied to education.
- Strong teamwork skills, proactive attitude, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience in International Baccalaureate programmes or other international curricula will be an asset.
