The project!
As a Buying and Operations Coordinator for Pepe Jeans, you will kead the strategic Buyer function and procurement management, collaborating as a collection Developer. Your goal will be to maximize supply chain efficiency, from collection development to securing all shipments.
What will the role entail?

* Lead the strategic procurement and purchasing process for finished goods negotiating favorable terms and pricing.
* Ensure all operational systems and tools are regularly updated.
* Collaborate with the design and production teams to support the collections development process from a sourcing and logistical perspective.
* Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure quality standards, on-time delivery, and compliance.
* Oversee and secure all shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to clients.
* Develop and implement strategies to maximize supply chain efficiency
* Prepare and manage budgets for purchasing activities,-
* Analyze market trends and material costs to inform purchasing decisions and mitigate risk.
* Ensure full compliance with all relevant import/export regulations and company policies for all procured goods and shipments.

Requirements
*
* 3-5 years of experience in a role involving strategic sourcing and negotiation, operational systems management and collection development.
* High (min. C1) level of Spanish and English. Other languages will be highly valued. xpzdshu
