Assistant Brand Manager
**Your Role**
**What you will do**
Key responsibilities:
- Monthly analysis of sales (sell-in, sell-out & consumer data) of the brands, competitors and new trends follow up.
- Identify and implement solutions and improvement areas.
- Support on the assessment and definition of the annual marketing plans.
- Implement the key projects of the annual marketing plans: New product development, product changes, packaging design, communication development, etc in order to boost brand profitable growth.
- Manage the interaction with operations, local markets & external agencies.
**What we are looking for**
- High University degree in Business Administration, Marketing
- 1/2 year experience in Marketing Department within a FMCG business
- Leadership & Energy to implement new projects
- Communication skills
- Team worker
- Analytical skills (Office, Nielsen, Kantar knowledge will be valued)
- Autonomy & Proactivity
- Influencing & communication skills
- Fluent English / Knowledge FR, SP and / or IT would be valued
