We are looking for a highly experienced and hands‑onLogisticsDirectorto lead and optimize our company'slogistics, warehouse, inventory and distribution operations.
We are not looking for a purely strategic profile; this role also requires someone operational, detail-oriented, and capable of driving execution on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee alllogisticsoperations, including inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution.
* Develop and execute logisticsand supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization.
* Manage relationships with transport providers, suppliers and external logistics partners.
* Ensure compliance with legal regulations, customs requirements, and company policies related tologisticsand transportation.
* Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive performance improvements and operational excellence.
* Lead, mentor, and develop thelogisticsteam while creating efficient operational processes.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, retail, e-commerce, and operations teams to ensure smooth business operations.
* Identify opportunities for automation, system improvements, and process optimization.
Requirements
* Proven experience as aLogisticsDirector, SeniorLogisticsManager, or similar leadership role is mandatory.
* Extensive experience inlogistics, supply chain management, warehousing, and inventory operations.
* Relevant higher education studies inLogistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields are required.
* Strong background in internationallogistics, imports/exports, and distribution operations.
* Experience managing teams and leading operationallogisticsfunctions in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency inlogisticssoftware, ERP systems, and operational reporting tools.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
