Individual Accountabilities

* Manage regional KA acquisition funnel and share of wallet in close collaboration with KA managers for large customers and independently for small KAs (size defined per country)
* Drive sales, close deals – take actions for all sales related topics in KAM territory
* Foster omnichannel sales steering – actively distribute contacts to alternative channels; focus on high potential customers for individual visits
* Prepare, plan and post work of customer visits; promote and focus on application based selling; position Berner as premium brand, leader in chemicals and reliable business consultant
* Handle objections/delivery/quality claims, negotiate T&C, actively manage margin
* Ensure data quality in the systems (customer card, interaction reports, etc.)
* Manage and adhere to tour plan/ contact scheme
* Analyze and drive all sales area related KPIs – esp. sales and net margin for her/his customers across all channels; regularly report to superior, align action plans, and make sure to deliver sales targets/budgets
