Pb Fresh Del Monte is one of the world#39;s leading vertically integrated producers, marketers and distributors of high-quality fresh and fresh-cut fruit and vegetables, as well as a leading producer and distributor of prepared food across the globe. /b /p pb The Group is established in more than 100 countries and has nearly 40.000 employees worldwide. /b /p p We are looking for a b Senior Key Account Manager /b based in b Castelldefels /b(Barcelona), who will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy defined by the Commercial Director, in order to achieve the objectives of the annual plan approved at Corporate and Regional levels (volumes, categories, new customers) and to reach the profitability targets across all segments of products under his responsibility. /p pb The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: /b /p ulli Develop sales strategies and set sales targets, preparing action plans and schedules. /lili Manage commercial operations with allocated customers in accordance with annual plan objectives. /lili Represent the company and together with the Commercial Director lead negotiations for commercial contracts with customers and supermarkets. /lili Following regional strategy on diversification, consolidating the must have products and business development. /lili Communications with sales units. /lili Prepare sales forecasts and cost analyses. /lili Participate to and review the financial budgets and forecasts to adapt to commercial operations. /lili Liaise with customer regarding overdue. /lili Address claims and business issues with customers under the supervision of the Commercial Director. Provide swift and appropriate answers to customers and find adequate solutions to problems. /lili Ensure that all relevant quality and issues are swiftly addressed and solutions implemented. /li /ul pb Skills required: /b /p ulli Operations and commercial background. /lili Minimum 8 years’ experience as Key Account Manager of FV in Spanish Market. /lili Experience in sales to wholesale and supermarkets. /lili Strong Sales/Market development management experience that will immediately impact the company business and contribute to its continued development. /lili Excellent understanding of all main routes to market, with evidence of developing well‑orchestrated and innovative strategies in partnership with key distributors, retailers, and clients. Able to identify a shared vision and direction to reach the consumer and leverage the brands. /lili Demonstrate strategic thinking and implementation skills, as well as strong business and financial acumen. /lili Fluent in written and spoken English. /lili Strong negotiation skills. /lili Communication and interpersonal skills, able to listen, motivate, influence, and negotiate at all levels. /lili High organizational maturity and effectiveness. /lili Ability to work with people and coordinate in a resourceful and inspiring manner. /lili Stature and credibility, with a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to influence. /lili Flexible and able to operate in different situations.
