Buscamos una persona que aporte experiencia y conocimiento en el área de reporting ESG y la medición de huella de carbono, que sepa liderar proyectos y con buena capacidad de comunicación.
La posición es híbrida en Madrid, así que solamente aceptaremos candidaturas de personas que residan en la Comunidad de Madrid.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Liderar proyectos ESG y de sostenibilidad
- Implementar la Directiva CSRD
- Elaborar y supervisar reportes no financieros bajo estándares como Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)
- Calcular y analizar la huella de carbono (alcances 1, 2 y 3) según GHG Protocol
- Realizar análisis de doble materialidad
- Diseñar estrategias de sostenibilidad adaptadas a clientes
- Supervisar herramientas de gestión y reporting ESG
- Coordinar con distintos departamentos para integrar criterios ESG
- Desarrollar planes de comunicación en sostenibilidad
- Analizar riesgos y oportunidades en materia ESG
- Hacer seguimiento de KPIs e indicadores de sostenibilidad
- Mantenerse actualizada en normativa y tendencias ESG
- Apoyar en la gestión de clientes y stakeholders en proyectos de sostenibilidad
Requisitos:
- Estudios completos en áreas relacionadas con la sostenibilidad, el ámbito financiero, derecho medioambiental o similares.
- Experiencia demostrable en gestión y/o implementación de proyectos ESG.
- Experiencia demostrable en reporting ESG y/o medición de huella de carbono.
- Conocimiento de la legislación europea en materia de sostenibilidad y medio ambiente.
- Habilidades de investigación y análisis sólidas.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y establecer relaciones interpersonales efectivas.
- Compromiso con la causa de la sostenibilidad y el medio ambiente.
- Inglés - Nivel competente

We are seeking a professional with experience and expertise in ESG reporting and carbon footprint measurement, who is capable of leading projects and possesses strong communication skills.
This is a hybrid position based in Madrid ; therefore, we will only accept applications from candidates residing in the Community of Madrid.
Key reponsibilities:
- Lead ESG and sustainability projects.
- Implement the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
- Prepare and oversee non-financial reports under standards such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).
- Calculate and analyze carbon footprints (Scope 1, 2, and 3) according to the GHG Protocol.
- Conduct double materiality assessments.
- Design sustainability strategies tailored to clients.
- Supervise ESG management and reporting tools.
- Coordinate with different departments to integrate ESG criteria.
- Develop sustainability communication plans.
- Analyze risks and opportunities related to ESG.
- Monitor KPIs and sustainability indicators.
- Stay up to date with ESG regulations and market trends.
- Support client and stakeholder management in sustainability projects.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Degree in fields related to sustainability, finance, environmental law, or similar.
- Experience: Demonstrable experience in managing and/or implementing ESG projects.
- Specialized Knowledge: Demonstrable experience in ESG reporting and/or carbon footprint measurement.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Proficiency in European sustainability and environmental legislation.
- Analytical Skills: Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
