Job Description
1. Assist with the delivery of the local marketing plan within the Spanish region, using innovative platforms and channels to fuel production and distribution.
2. Working in partnership with the content, digital & campaigns teams to implement cross channel marketing plans across the full range of marketing disciplines.
3. Developing emails for distribution, social media posts and website templates for upload.
4. Assist with amplification opportunities, with content for campaigns, including thought leadership, social media posts and email newsletters in various multi-media formats.
5. Assisting with the region’s events management and logistics, considering the full pre, during and post event experience.
6. Work together with the central and design team to ensure all assets are aligned and align to regional nuances.
7. Be forward thinking and suggest areas for optimization, content amplification and personalization within the overarching strategy based on this insight.
8. Carry out the day-to-day processes for the translation/transcreation and compliance approval process for regional documents.
9. Being an advocate for the importance of reporting and making data driven decisions.
10. A high level of interaction and close teamwork will be required, with business partners, central/local marketing and marketing agencies.
Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
A motivated and bilingual aspiring marketing professional with an interest in finance/investment industry, with the aim of contributing fresh ideas and creativity to the marketing team whilst gaining hands-on experience in investment marketing strategies, client touch points and creative development. The candidate should have pursued studies in marketing, finance, business or a related field. Exposure to the investment industry is a plus but not essential.
