Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for an OCM Lead responsible for leading Organizational Change Management planning and ensuring the successful adoption of Informatics products and solutions. As a member of a global team, the OCM Lead will leverage their understanding of business needs and affiliate experience to effectively plan and manage change initiatives.

Responsibilities:
* Create communication strategies to inform and empower impacted audiences to adopt IT-driven changes.
* Partner with key senior stakeholders globally to influence organizational behavior change and compliance.
* Design effective communication campaigns addressing complex topics, using ingenuity and innovation.
* Simplify and streamline communication processes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders on function-specific communication strategies for complex IT changes.
* Advise on project, portfolio, and annual communication plans with optimal channels and media.
* Execute end-to-end user communication strategies.
* Oversee communication plan execution, applying organizational change management concepts.
* Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify stakeholders.
* Manage resistance to communication plans and build change advocacy across all Informatics users and stakeholders.
* Provide strategic content direction for IT training at Informatics.
Consultation & Business Partnership:
* Partner with Domain/Product Line Leads and large-scale projects.
* Advise on resource management to achieve efficiencies and synergies.
Change Teamwork:
* Collaborate with teams like UX, Partnering, Engagement to ensure efficient workflows.
* Share knowledge across teams and advise on deployment timing aligned with business cycles.
Skills:
* Experience managing multimedia content creation with AI-assisted tools and video editing.
* Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas.
* Outstanding project management and multitasking abilities.
* Expertise in business partnering, consulting, and understanding technical jargon.
* Knowledge of organizational change management practices and instructional design methodologies.
* Experience working with Agile methodologies.
* Proficiency in English.
* Master's degree or equivalent in a related field (preferred).
* Minimum three years of relevant experience in organizational change management.
