Role Overview
We are looking for a Graduate Trainee to join our Technical Services Manufacturing & Infrastructure area (SEAT Componentes). You will be involved in a strategic initiative focused on transforming maintenance processes through Artificial Intelligence in an industrial environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on real use cases, combining data, AI, and operational processes, and contributing to the digital transformation of manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
* Use historical data to predict failures and optimise maintenance decisions.
* Integrate with existing industrial systems.
* Develop intelligent tools to support technicians in real-time (chat, voice, or video).
* Continuously learn from interventions, capture expert knowledge, and improve consistency.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, AI, Data, or equivalent. Master’s Degree is valuable.
Languages: Spanish and English (minimum level C1); German is valuable.
Skills: Experience or knowledge in applied Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning and/or Generative AI), strong programming skills (Python, APIs, system integration), knowledge of data environments (databases, big data, cloud), familiarity with Business Intelligence and data visualisation tools (Power BI is a plus), ability to work with real‑world unstructured data, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Other: Cross‑functional mindset, collaboration across manufacturing areas, experience in collaborative projects or leading initiatives, practical, solution‑oriented mindset with strong user focus, autonomy, proactivity, adaptability, and international experience.
Selection Process
First phase: pre‑selected candidates undergo a personal interview and an online test. Final selection: assessment center.
